You know how on food packaging there is always a suggested serving size? It is up to the consumer whether or not to follow it.

We humans are given free will, and the suggested serving size is only one of the many recommendations we will encounter in our life that are there for good health.

These suggestions are typically supported by research based on other people and their experience dealing with certain things.

Just like in Christianity, it is a suggestion for everyone to be obedient and follow Jesus, but it is ultimately up to us whether or not we will make that right choice due to our free will.

Basically, if we follow the serving size on the food container, we will reap the benefits of a healthier life. This goes the same way for spiritual health. Following God, you feel healthier.

So, there are health benefits for both following the suggested recommendations on the side of a food product and for being a follower of Jesus Christ – physical and spiritual health benefits!

Do some of us need to go on a little spiritual diet and rule out some of the carbohydrates of the world calling to us, the secular sugars, or maybe the foul fats of evil?

My suggested serving size will always be 100% daily value of Jesus! Will yours?
